Infusing user ideas with an intuitive interface, we recently released version 2.0 of our cost-saving management solution, Community. Scalable to any size, the Community platform serves those directing, managing, servicing or maintaining the community assets of any homeowners association (HOA), condominium association, apartment complex, college dormitory, township, or similar group. It enables on-site staff to more efficiently control asset maintenance and issues related to buildings, grounds, equipment, inventory, and other potentially costly-if-neglected aspects of a community. Reducing administration while preserving the overall investment, Community saves time and lots of money.
The Community platform streamlines the business process of an organization by creating a centralized location for the storage, search and retrieval of all business documents and other key information, providing its members valuable insight into operations. It also establishes a secure environment through which management can access staff and assign related duties, collaborate via public or private workspace, log maintenance activities, post announcements, and even calendar local events.
Providing history on contracts and warranties with two-sided commitments, Community allows management to easily track and maintain organizational obligations and projects through a secure document repository and related phased requirement listings. This also provides the added benefit of retaining essential information during employee transitions, helping management avoid missteps that could lead to repeated work or costly oversights. |
